12 Appearances, 1 Memorable Try
Since joining Scotstoun in the summer of 2022, Dell has made 12 appearances under head coach Franco Smith. The highlight of his stint? A lone but impactful try in a triumphant clash against the Ospreys in November 2023.
A Scottish Stalwart and a Lion
Dell’s rugby résumé is impressive. Capped 34 times for Scotland since his 2016 debut against Australia, the South African-born forward also earned a call-up to the British and Irish Lions’ 2017 tour of New Zealand.
Parting Words from the Prop
“I’d like to say thank you to the club for the last couple of seasons, and I’ve got nothing but best wishes for everyone at Scotstoun,” said Dell. “Hopefully I’ll be back in the stands with the supporters soon, and I look forward to catching up with the Warrior Nation over a beer or two in the future.”
