Ryanair launches exciting new route from Scotland to stunning European city
RYANAIR has launched an exciting new route from Scotland to a stunning European city.
The budget airline offers a selection of flights to destinations including Alicante, Dublin, Prague and Bucharest.
We previously reported that Ryanair is set to axe thousands of flights after the passenger duty hike was announced.
In the budget, earlier this month, the Chancellor announced flights across the continent will now incur £15 of duty charges – increasing it by £2.
However in good news for passengers, the Dublin-based carrier revealed a new route from Aberdeen to Krakow, Poland.
Flights will depart the city airport every Wednesday and Saturday starting from April.
Prices start at roughly £70 and are available to book on the Ryanair website.
The journey is a short two hours and 40 minutes and will be operated by Polish airline Buzz.
And Ryanair customers can find seats with extra legroom without paying extra using a simple trick, experts have revealed.
Researchers at the consumer group Which? made the discovery after examining different airlines‘ seating plans.
Krakow is the second-largest city in Poland and is famed for its incredible Christmas markets.
Tourists also flock to the stunning European city to visit World War II concentration camp Auschwitz.
It comes after a travel firm sparked fury with a tasteless advert for the sombre tourist attraction.
Elsewhere Ryanair has confirmed new routes are being launched this winter from two airports outside of London.
