Liverpool reject Crystal Palace’s £15m bid to sign Ben Doak
Liverpool value the Scotland international Ben Doak at about £30million after rejecting a bid for half that amount from Crystal Palace.
The winger is excelling on loan at Middlesbrough and has been the subject of interest from a number of Premier League and European clubs.
Palace’s opening gambit for the 19-year-old, who has two goals and five assists for Michael Carrick’s side, was flatly turned down, with the bid falling far short of Liverpool’s own valuation of the player. Palace are expected to make a second bid.
Doak made his Scotland debut against Poland in September of last year
