There’s a reshuffle in the Ibrox goalkeeping room this season which could see Robby McCrorie leaving the club – with Aberdeen keen on a transfer.

Jon McLaughlin is leaving too and in comes Kelly to challenge established No 1 Jack Butland for the top spot.

Motherwell confirmed the player’s imminent departure from Fir Park – and now Kelly has broken silence, to pay tribute to the team-mates, coaches and fans he represented in Lanarkshire.

Kelly wrote on Instagram: “To all my teammates, thank you for being the great guys that you are and making every day we spent together so enjoyable.
