Kathryn Bryce powers Scotland to maiden Women’s T20 World Cup title

Scotland created history by defeating Ireland in the semi-finals of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Qualifier and secured a place in the Women’s T20 World Cup for the first time. Kathryn Bryce played an all-round role in Scotland’s victory in the semi-final.

Scotland defeated Laura Delany-led Ireland by 8 wickets in the semi-final of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Qualifier at the Zayed Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi. Scotland were given the opportunity to bowl first and restricted the opposition to 110/9.
