Inside the giant tented dormitories which could host the Tartan Army at Euros
THE Tartan Army could face a tight squeeze at the Euros — in 132-bed tented dormitories.
Scotland fans have shared images online of the basic FanCamp accommodation.
Those heading to Germany for this summer’s footie tournament would have to fork out £486 for two single beds for five nights at the digs in Cologne.
“Mobile homes” cost £2,000 for four fans sharing, while a single bed in a dormitory is £220.
Other options include four and eight-people dorms, resembling gazebos, at £270 and £315 res-pectively.
Even a patch of grass to pitch a tent costs £350.

FanCamp’s website says: “Get ready for an unforgettable experience in the heart of Cologne.
“Each unit comes with a shared bathroom with a shower.”
The city will host Scotland’s second group stage match against Switzerland on June 19.
Last night Iain Emerson, editor of The Famous Tartan Army Magazine, said: “Scotland fans won’t care where they stay — being in Germany is all that matters.
“But I’m not sure I’d fancy being in one of those dorms.
“The smell the day after the night before would put me off my brekkie roll and Bratwurst.”
