The agent said: “This prime location offers easy access to various attractions. Dufftown, the ‘malt whisky capital of the world’, features famous distilleries like Glenfiddich and Balvenie.

“The area provides opportunities for outdoor activities, historical exploration, and scenic railway journeys.”

The agent added: “Parkmore is 16 miles from Elgin, 56 miles from Inverness, and 62 miles from Aberdeen, with their airports and amenities.

“The site serves as an ideal base for exploring Scotland’s landscapes, from the Cairngorms National Park to the Moray coast, combining natural beauty with rich cultural heritage.”

Offers in excess of £1.4 million for Parkmore are invited.
