Here’s the prize money payout for each golfer at the LPGA’s 2024 ISPS Handa Women’s Scottish Open
Olympic gold medalist Lydia Ko is back at it quickly, headlining the field at the ISPS Handa Women’s Scottish Open, teeing it up only six days after topping the podium in Paris at Le Golf National.
Her historic victory now gives her a gold, silver and bronze medal and the Olympic victory gave her the final points that she needed to earn entry into the LPGA Hall of Fame. Silver medalist Esther Henseleit, from Germany, is in the field at Dundonald Links too.
The overall purse in Scotland is $2 million with the winner taking home $360,000.
France’s Celine Boutier is the defending champion after winner for the second consecutive week last year. She finished second place here two years ago and tied for 18th place last week at the Olympics in her home country.
This marks an important stretch for both Americans and Europeans as only two weeks remain to gain points for the respective Solheim Cup teams, which will be Sept. 13-15 at Robert Trent Jones Golf Club in Virginia.
After this week, the women move east in Scotland to the Old Course at St. Andrews for the AIG Women’s Open. Nelly Korda, Lilia Vu and Ally Ewing are the top three in points for the U.S. Charley Hull, Linn Grant and Henseleit are the top three for the Europeans.
Here is the breakdown of what each player will earn this week in Scotland who makes the cut. Check back here Sunday after play is complete for updates.
