1. A construction company has reported revenue of £1.125 billion following a year of projects including a build-to-rent development in Glasgow.
This latest report means Graham Group has surpassed the £1 billion turnover milestone for the second consecutive year. The national contractor and developer said it had navigated a difficult market of higher borrowing costs and a bureaucratic regulatory and legislative environment to record profit before tax of more than £14 million.
