Golf course and holiday park site in Scotland hit the market | BE News
A nine-hole golf course and a proposed holiday park with planning consent situated close to the Moray Coast in Scotland has hit the market.
Bids of more than £900,000 are invited for the 49.22-acre site, which is also available in two lots.
The established Kinloss Golf Club, which includes a clubhouse with planning consent for residential conversion, is available for £500,000+ and the holiday park site is available for £400,000+. The golf course has been closed since 2020, but has been well maintained by the current owners.
The site lies in a rural location to the north west of Forres, just off the Moray Coast in the north east of Scotland.
Jennifer Campbell, from DM Hall, which has been instructed to market the opportunity, said: “This site represents an exciting and rare opportunity for the open market. While this property clearly has commercial appeal, one cannot ignore the appeal of a private residential estate. Who doesn’t want their own golf course!”
