Glasgow Warriors shortlisted for Team of the Year – Glasgow Warriors

The squad won the BKT United Rugby Championship with an epic 21-16 victory over the Vodacom Bulls at Loftus Versfled in Pretoria in June.

Glasgow Warriors are shortlisted alongside Scotland Women’s Cricket Team who qualified for the Women’s T20 World Cup for the very first time, and Celtic Women’s Football team who qualified for the Champions League for the very first time since it was introduced.

Moment of the Year

Glasgow Warriors are also in contention for the Moment of the Year.

Voting open for Moment of the Year category from Monday 28 October to Monday 4 November at 5PM.

The Scottish Sports Awards 2024, hosted by sportscotland and Team Scotland, will take place on Wednesday 4 December, celebrating the success of individuals, schools, clubs, and teams across the whole of Scottish sport.

In another year packed with success for Scottish athletes on the international stage, competition will be fierce for the top awards. The schools, clubs, community projects and people making a difference in sport across Scotland will also be recognised in an event that will celebrate the best of Scottish sport.
