Four-bedroom family homes for sale at £30m, 120-home Dundee development – Scottish Business News

AVANT Homes Scotland has released two four-bedroom family homes for sale at its popular £30m, 120-home Craigowl Law development in Dundee.

Located within reach of Dundee city centre and St Andrews, the development comprises a mix of three-, four- and five-bedroom family homes and features various styles to suit all buyers.

The two four-bedroom detached family homes recently released for sale at Craigowl Law are the Tidebrook house style priced at £330,000 and the Tambrook which is available for £350,000. This is the final release of these house styles.
