Chart-topping Canadian pop star announces Scots show on world tour
A HUGE Canadian pop star has announced that they’re coming to Scotland.
The North American country has produced a string of iconic music stars including Justin Beiber, Celine Dion and Michael Buble.
And now another famous export is set to hit the stage of Glasgow‘s OVO Hydro.
It comes after entertaining fans in a catalogue of other countries including Mexico, Brazil, Spain and Germany.
But next May, Tate McRae, famed for hit song Want That Too, is bringing her Miss Possessive tour to Scotland.
The 21-year-old will be joined on the tour by New Zealand singer-songwriter Benee.
The Greedy hitmaker shot to fame at age 13 on Canadian reality show So You Think You Can Dance.
Tate is a triple threat and boasts incredible singing, dancing and songwriting talents.
The tour comes ahead of her hotly-anticipated third studio album titled So Close What.
The musician is already making waves in the music world and has bagged a string of accolades including a Juno and BMI award.
Away from the stage, Tate was romantically linked to Canadian ice hockey hunk Cole Sillinger.
However their relationship fizzled out after the sportsman was reportedly forced to deny cheating claims.
Tate is now hooking up with Australian rapper the Kid Laroi – who also found fame at the age of 13.
Tickets for Tate’s Miss Possessive tour go on sale at 9am next Friday.
Fans couldn’t get enough of the exciting announcement and rushed online to comment.
One said: “I will be going but have to wait a half a YEAR.”
Another commented: “Miss Possessive Tour? Definitely going to be epic.”
