Award-winning musical Hamilton to return to Scotland for two-month run
Award-winning musical Hamilton has announced it is returning to Scotland for a two-month run of shows in Glasgow.
The UK and Ireland tour of the musical kicked off at the Manchester Palace Theatre in 2023 and has gone on to sell out locations in Edinburgh, Bristol, Birmingham, Dublin and Cardiff.
The West End and Broadway smash hit will be coming to The King’s Theatre on October 29 and will run until December 27, 2025
Joining the production as Alexander Hamilton is 2024 Black British Theatre Award-winner Marley Fenton.
Billy Nevers, who currently performs as Marquis de Lafayette/Thomas Jefferson in the tour, will take on the role of Aaron Burr.
Hamilton follows the story of founding father Alexander Hamilton, who’s father was a Scot, and is based on Ron Chernow’s acclaimed biography.
Featuring music and lyrics from Tony Award-winner Lin-Manuel Miranda, the latest theatre run of Hamilton will be directed by Thomas Kail, featuring choreography by Andy Blankenbuehler, and musical supervision and orchestrations by Alex Lacamoire.
In addition to its 11 Tony Awards, it has won a Grammy, Olivier Awards, the Pulitzer Prize for Drama, and an unprecedented special citation from the Kennedy Center Honors.

Tickets are set to go on sale on ATG Tickets on December 12, 2025.
