1. Forth Ports has reshuffled its senior management team as its chief commercial and financial officer departs.

Carole Cran, who joined from Aggreko in 2018, has decided to look at other roles outside the port operator and will leave in November.

A recruitment process to replace her has started and the group’s finance and IT functions will be overseen by Matt McCreath, the director of finance, on an interim basis.

Alongside that Paul Dale, the asset and site director for the Port of Tilbury (London), has been promoted to chief operating officer for the whole business.
