The Tennis Scotland Open Tour
has been running since 2018.
It was formed in co-operation
between Tennis Scotland and clubs and event organisers to create a formal structure
of competition.
A
total of 17 leaderboard events around the country allow players to collect
ranking points based on their performances, the top 16 men’s and women’s
players qualify for the finals, which were won last year by Hamish Stewart and Hannah Rylatt.
The two day event is taking place at Scotstoun Community
Indoor Tennis Centre in Glasgow.
