Former Scottish Enterprise boss takes director role at NatWest

Lena Wilson steps into the senior independent director role at NatWest Group in April

1. A former chief executive of Scottish Enterprise is to become the senior independent director at NatWest Group.
Lena Wilson joined the then Royal Bank of Scotland board at the start of 2018 as a non-executive director.
From April next year she will replace Mark Seligman, who is stepping down as the senior independent director at NatWest.
Wilson will also continue to chair the performance and remuneration committee.
Rick Haythornthwaite, NatWest chairman, said: “Lena Wilson is a highly experienced board member who has demonstrated strong leadership and is highly regarded by her fellow directors.”
