STAR FOOTBALL PREVIEW Mon: Poland v Scotland
After a much-needed win last week, Scotland will be aiming to back it up with another three points when they travel to Poland on Monday night, writes JOE CITRONE.
Aided by the sending off of Peter Sucic on the stroke of half-time, Scotland were able to secure a much-needed victory – keeping their hopes of avoiding Nations League relegation alive in the process – thanks to a late strike from John McGinn.
If they are to avoid dropping down in the Nations League, though, they simply must back that up with another win on Monday night.

Poland will be looking to recover from the 5-1 thumping they were on the receiving end of last week against Portugal.
Weirdly, Poland probably bettered the hosts in the first 45 minutes but things unravelled very quickly in the second-half with Roberto Martinez’s side taking charge and inflicting a rather embarrassing scoreline on Poland.
The permutations for the Polish are clear heading into this Nations League fixture; win or draw and they are heading for the play-offs, lose and they will suffer the ignominy of relegation.
Although Scotland got that win last time out, I do think Poland – as long as they can avoid a Portugal-esque collapse again – should have enough to see off the Tartan Army. I like the look of a home win at 23/20 with starsports.bet.
