How to watch Poland vs. Scotland in UK: Live stream, TV channel, start time, lineups for Nations League match | Sporting News United Kingdom

Bottom-placed Poland and Scotland will fight for survival as they face off in their final group-stage encounter in the Nations League.

Poland has been inconsistent throughout the tournament. Michał Probierz’s side are third in Group A with four points from five matches. They are level on points with bottom-side Scotland and are three points behind Croatia.

A loss or a draw on Monday would get Poland relegated to League B.

Meanwhile, Scotland is languishing at the bottom of the group and is staring at the relegation. Steve Clarke’s side now has four points from five matches after a recent 1-0 victory over Croatia. They are level on points with Poland, making the upcoming games crucial in their fight to avoid relegation to League B.
