KPMG has formally announced its new leadership structure in Scotland, positioning Vishal Chopra at the helm as office senior partner. Chopra succeeds James Kergon and now presides over a team of more than 900 personnel located across major Scottish cities including Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Aberdeen.
Previously, Chopra headed KPMG’s Scottish tax team, which provided him with significant experience and insight into the regional market. Under his new leadership, he has appointed Susan Dunlop to lead the transaction services business, while Graeme Williams steps into the position of managing director to head the corporate finance team. Both leaders come with extensive experience and a proven track record of facilitating local businesses in mergers and acquisitions.
In further restructuring, Sandra Gilchrist has been designated to lead the Scottish tax team, bringing her expertise to the forefront. Concurrently, Kelly Dunn has been assigned the role of leading the private business audit sector in Scotland.
