InPost acquires remaining 70% of Menzies Distribution in £60m deal

1. InPost Group, one of Europe’s largest operators of automated parcel lockers, has taken full control of the Scottish logistics business Menzies Distribution Limited in an all-cash transaction valued at £60.4 million.

InPost had bought a 30 per cent stake in Menzies Distribution in 2023 for £49.3 million. The Polish company, listed in Amsterdam, agreed at the time a three-year option to acquire the remaining 70 per cent of the business.

Menzies Distribution was spun off from John Menzies in 2018 and was bought by Endless, a private equity firm, in a £74.5 million deal.
