Scotland fans hit out at SFA over survey question on England national team
BUNGLING football chiefs have asked members of the Tartan Army if they support rivals England.
We told how the fan quiz asked kids if they were gay, bisexual or trans.
And while most of the questions were Scotland or Hampden-related, the lurch into supporting the Auld Enemy left many scratching their heads.
Firstly, the Scotland supporters’ club members are asked if they were aware of the Scotland national team and support them.
But then it asks if they support England’s men or women.
Tartan Army member Grant Stewart, 46, from Edinburgh, said: “Why would we support any other national side, especially our main rivals England?

“The survey’s completely devalued by these stupid questions.”
Iain Emerson, editor of the Famous Tartan Army magazine, said fan engagement is welcome but added: “It’s bad enough when the English media constantly quiz us on if we are supporting England at tournaments without the SFA asking us too.”
The SFA refused to address the England-focused questions when asked by The Scottish Sun.
It said the survey was to “understand experiences” and “improve things”.
It did apologise for it reaching child supporters.
