SWPL: Rangers beat Hearts to extend perfect start

Spartans moved up to eighth after overcoming second-bottom Aberdeen. Hearts loanee Olivia Chumczuk got the hosts off the mark and further goals from Erin Rennie and Kate Fraser had them cruising before Hannah Stewart scored a late consolation penalty.

Laura Berry was the star of Motherwell’s thrashing of Queen’s Park, with the Rangers loanee scoring four, while Bailley Collins grabbed a three-minute double.

Partick Thistle remain sixth, a point clear of Motherwell, after goals from Cara Henderson, Rosie Slater, Lucy Sinclair and Tiree Burchill sank hosts United.
