Cafebar Nineteen62 Opens in Livingston Designer Outlet  – Scottish Business News

Livingston Designer Outlet will welcome a new culinary destination today, July 12th, with the opening of Cafebar Nineteen62.

This marks the third location for the Cafebar brand and its first venture into a shopping centre setting.

Cafebar Nineteen62 offers a unique blend of restaurant and bar experiences, offering patrons a versatile dining, drinking, and live entertainment space.

The venue will serve a variety of options throughout the day, from morning coffee and breakfast to dinner and cocktails. Live music will be featured from Thursday to Sunday, adding to the vibrant atmosphere.

This new establishment is part of a family-owned business with a 45-year history in the food industry.

The family’s journey began with the award-winning David Stein Butchers in Bathgate and Blackburn, later expanding to include Cafebar 1912 in Bathgate in 2013.

Cafebar Nineteen62 continues this quality and local sourcing legacy at Livingston Designer Outlet.

A standout feature of the new location is its outdoor space, designed for year-round use with covered dining pods and firepits. This al fresco area is perfect for socialising and dining, regardless of the season.

Cafebar Nineteen62 emphasizes its commitment to supporting local businesses by sourcing from Scottish suppliers, including The Wee Tea Company, White Dove Coffee Roasters, Great Grogg Wines, JB Foods, Fife Creamery, and Gateside Farm.

This focus on local partnerships underscores the establishment’s dedication to quality and community connection.
