Housebuilder brings 16-home residential development site to Dunoon with ‘offers over £400,000’ – Scottish Business News

A RESIDENTIAL development site with planning for 16 detached houses in Dunoon has been brought onto the market by DM Hall, one of Scotland’s largest independent firms of chartered surveyors, at ‘offers over £400,000’.

The 3.48 acre site on the west side of Bullwood Road, a coastal road south of Dunoon, has uninterrupted views eastwards over the Firth of Clyde towards Gourock.
