The Danish chain opened its first branch north of the border back in 2022 in Glasgow’s St Enoch Centre.

But the retailer, which has 275 stores worldwide, revealed that it planned to open more branches as part of huge UK expansion plans.

We previously revealed that one new store would feature in Bon Accord Shopping Centre in Aberdeen, and another would appear at Waverly Market in Edinburgh.

The third one is set to open on Buchanan Street in Glasgow, making it the city’s second branch.

But bosses have now revealed the opening date for the new Aberdeen store.

Shoppers will be able to pick up bargain buys from the homeware store from Friday, June 21.
