First family homes for sale at £44m, 170 new home Rosyth development – Scottish Business News

HOUSEBUILDER Avant Homes Scotland has released the first family homes for sale at its £43.85m, 170-new home Stewart’s Quarter development in Rosyth.

Located off Admiralty Road, the development comprises a mix of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom practically designed, energy-efficient homes and will feature 13 of Avant Homes’ house styles.

The first family homes to be released for sale at Stewart’s Quarter include the three-bedroom semi-detached Elmwood and the three-bedroom semi-detached Harris house styles. The three-bedroom detached Forres and the five-bedroom detached Rothesay have also been released.

All the homes include integrated appliances, modern kitchen designs and stylish bathrooms with prices for the Elmwood starting at £250,000 and the Harris at £275,000. The Forres and Rothesay are available from £290,000 and £385,000 respectively.

The Rothesay house style is a strong example of the housebuilder’s ability to deliver flexible living spaces.

At the front of the home, there is a large lounge area and a WC, with the hallway leading to an open-plan kitchen and dining area. There is a further living space which leads out onto the rear garden through French doors.

Upstairs, the main bedroom comes with an ensuite with three further double bedrooms and a generous single bedroom served by a family bathroom. The Rothesay also benefits from an integrated single garage.

Avant Homes Scotland sales director, Lisa Archibald, said: “We have had hundreds of enquiries from people interested in buying at Stewart’s Quarter, so we are very pleased to be able to launch these excellent family homes for sale.

“All the homes have been designed to provide outstanding flexible living and entertaining spaces which are ideal for modern family life, coupled with being energy efficient to reduce energy bills.

“Our sales team are available on site to talk through the available homes and are able to create bespoke deals to help make people’s family homeowning dreams a reality.”

Stewart’s Quarter’s sales centre is open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5pm and no appointment is necessary.
